We begin with a complimentary consultation, where we listen to your ideas and create a quick hand sketch to visualize your vision. You’ll also receive a no-obligation estimate.

Step 2: 3D Rendering & Deposit

Once the estimate is approved and a 50% deposit is made, we create a detailed 3D rendering of your custom piece. You’ll receive:

  • A link to view your design interactively through our 3D WebViewer
  • Four high-quality images of your design: Top, Side, Front, and Perspective views

Step 3: Final Review & Delivery

Before shipping, we provide a 360° live video of your finished piece so you can see every angle. Once approved, we’ll ship your jewelry and provide a tracking number for your convenience.
